It is my second semester in this new phase of educational path that I’ve adopted since army. I was an average Joe in all kinds of trades, never have I been Jack. Anyway, it’s almost three quarter of the second semester gone leaving just one more month of mugging and then we’re into the examination period once again. Things aren’t looking good base on my progress in understanding what I’m studying, however it is not a choice of whether you can understand or not, but instead it is a must to drill yourself with the correct concept and make yourself understand everything. Understanding is just not enough, we must have an active brain which can rotate and analyze all sorts of problem thrown to us. Sadly I am not those who can think out of the box (other than drawing) I don’t have engineering brain, instead I prefer to design. However, I’ve never had a chance to express and present my interest in a bigger platform ever since I step into the field of engineering. People always says tough times are not here to stay. I cant seem to concentrate on my revisions or rather studies right now. It just not the right mood to open up those lecture notes and start reading and understanding. Anyway, was suppose to meet my friend tonight but then had to cancel due to the fact that there are like a whole load of things for me to do.. majority is to sit right here where i am sitting at right now, and study. Life after NS revolves solely around school and home and study desk. Its pretty stressful to do this but I chose this path, how i wish University can be simpler just like how they did in polytechnics. Just into my second semester, there are 4 more to go. Tough times. Stressful. To be honest, there are more then 30 hours of lecture waiting for me to complete within the next few days, but its weekends! I have no other choice. Tuesday had a short breakaway from studies, just a very very short one. Went to school to complete my soldering project which I foresee myself to accomplish within a hour plus, it turned out that I took more then 4 hours, which includes troubleshooting my friend's simple-turn-complicated circuit. Really, after seeing so many different circuit boards, I'm still pretty impress with mine. HAHA.. self praising. Left school for lunch at JP before meeting my NS friend for temple visit at Bugis, went to Bugis junction after that, got myself a decent brown sling bag which I'm pretty satisfied with. Suppose to get few Tees from Peninsular, but got over lazy, thus got it from vintage instead, although it cost me quite alot! Then had a quick console session at B.Plus stgames, before heading home. That's what i meant quick breakaway from studies since all those process above took less then 4 hours. Kiss92 Singapore is just too awesome, it accompanies me throughout the day and night. awesome for the channel to make my English pop music world goes rounder after my kpop infested Ipod. haha I need a balance of music.
